Is the equipment officially licensed?
Unless a listing explicitly says otherwise, Ecto Vault products are independent fan-made collector items and are not official Sony merchandise.
Where do you ship?
The launch configuration will support UK delivery first. International options and their real costs will be confirmed before the domain moves.
How will checkout work?
Stripe will handle payment securely. Ecto Vault will never store complete card details.
Are Tried & Tested reviews sponsored?
Any supplied item, affiliate link or commercial relationship will be declared clearly on the review.
Can I submit a haunted location?
Yes. Send the location, its history and any sources through the contact form. Private or unsafe locations will not be published.
How does Vault Vote work?
Collectors submit an item or display, the community votes during an open window and previous winners remain in the archive.
What is it?
A hidden alternate-reality game embedded in Ecto Vault’s fictional systems.
Is my shop login connected to it?
No. The ARG terminal is deliberately separate from customer checkout and never asks for real account credentials.
Can I get a hint?
