Privacy
The rebuilt site is designed to collect as little personal data as possible. Stripe processes payments, Resend delivers transactional email, and Cloudflare serves and protects the website. Ecto Vault will retain only the information required to fulfil orders, answer enquiries and meet legal obligations.
Shipping and returns
Final shipping regions, costs and return terms will be published before checkout is enabled. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be handled in line with UK consumer law.
User submissions
Only submit material you have the right to share. Submitting a haunt, vote entry, photograph or story gives Ecto Vault permission to review and publish it with attribution, but ownership remains with its creator.

Ecto Vault is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with Sony Pictures. Ghostbusters and related marks belong to their respective owners.
Cookies
The static site does not require advertising trackers. Essential browser storage is used for the equipment manifest. Stripe and Cloudflare may set essential security or checkout cookies when those services are used.
